Our Services, which are described in detail in our Terms of Service, are offered to you by Zotlo Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (“Zotlo”, “us” and “our”).

Although information below may change from partner to partner and user to user, depending upon their requests and consent, you may find personal data categories processed by Zotlo.

Identity and Contact Information: Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone Number.

Usage Information: Technical data collected from your device.

Payment Information: Credit Cart Information Encrypted by Payment Service Provider, E-mail, IP Address, Country information.

Device Information: Device model, Device ID, IDFA, IDFVA.

(all together referred to as “Personal Data”.)

It is our priority to protect your fundamental rights, especially right to privacy and personal rights. We process your personal data as a data processor within the scope of Services provided to you. In this regard, we act in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Within this scope, we process your personal data in accordance with the opportunity and rights provided by applicable regulations (for example in cases where our legitimate interests require and when mandatory, on condition that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms of respective persons).

Personal Data of yours might be processed for the purposes of concluding payment transactions, user registration, complaint management and making error notice, preventing unauthorized use and fraud, ensuring optimization of our Services and making quality evaluation and analysis, developing work/product and strategy, making cross-company evaluation, making risk management, meeting valid requests submitted by authorized public institutions and organizations, storing financial records and fulfilling our legal obligations, such as the resolution of possible disputes arising from the law and secondary legislation, to which Zotlo is a party.

Payment information is mainly stored by the payment service provider. As Zotlo, we only keep credit card information encrypted and tokenized by the payment service provider and process it for the purposes stated in this statement.

We do not knowingly collect or request personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you learn that a minor has provided us with personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian, you can alert our customer support team.

We may collect personal data through the website/s that we have created for you and operated by us.

We may share your personal data with the following individuals and institutions in line with the purposes explained in our Privacy Statement and in line with our legal obligations.

• Third Party Service Providers: We may share the payment information with our third-party service providers so that we can complete payment transactions. Payment information may only be shared with authorized payment service providers and is never stored on our servers.

  In addition, we may share your identity and device information with other third-party service providers in order to promote and inform you. These third-party service providers are obliged to fulfill the instructions given to them on our behalf and not to disclose or use the data they obtain to a third party other than the said instructions.

• Law enforcement officers, public officials and other persons/institutions: We might need to share Personal Data with authorized institutions if required by our own and third parties' rights, property and safety, in accordance with our legal obligation. Before sharing personal data, we will investigate whether the party requesting the data is authorized to make such a request.

As Zotlo, we do not store credit card numbers in any way and do not share them with anyone other than our third-party payment service providers.

By using our Services, you accept the inherent risks of providing information online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.

Our third-party service providers can access and process your data, as well as our employees, whom we have authorized for the purposes stated in our Privacy Statement. In addition, data processors of our third-party service providers may also access and process your data.
